Cut 4 ounces cream cheese into cubes and place in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until just melted, stirring halfway through, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, the remaining 2 tablespoons whole milk, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and whisk until smooth. Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the cooled cake and serve!
